Study Set – The study set is a reduced-size PDF that includes floor plans and elevations only from the construction documents.  It is intended as a reference to aid in understanding the project’s overall design and may be used as a resource when developing a preliminary budget with a builder.  This document does not constitute a license to build.  Plans will be delivered via email as a PDF attachment within three (3) days following payment being made in full.

One Time License to Build – LOW TIDE DESIGNS, INC grants Licensee a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Plans solely for constructing one (1) single‑family residence.  This license includes a single set of construction documents.  Purchaser shall not reproduce, distribute, or use said documents for any additional projects or purposes without the prior written consent of LOW TIDE DESIGNS, INC.  Plans will be delivered via email as a PDF attachment within three (3) days following of the later of the following to occur: (i) payment being made in full and (ii) confirmation from Licensee to LOW TIDE DESIGNS, INC that there are no additional changes to be made.
